Our mission is to coach members of our community to develop healthy exercise patterns and improved lifestyle choices while improving their fitness, health and overall quality of life. We strive to achieve this using the principles of CrossFit, a core strength and conditioning program designed to optimize competency in each of the ten (10) widely recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility , strength, speed. , Coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
The CrossFit method has proven itself not only among the general population, but also when applied to schools, law enforcement, military and athletic organizations.
