Champartments Resort consisting of a gigantic spacious Villa (15 people) and four apartments (12 people), large swimming pool with sunbeds, several lounge and roof terraces, outdoor bar and BBQ area.
The Resort is ideal for family-friend groups, wedding-reception, party, company outings and work vacation. The entire resort can be rented privately (32 people) and the villa and apartments can be rented separately.

The Entire Resort consists of:
- White Villa (7 bedrooms, 14 -15 persons),
- Apartment Chandon I (2 bedrooms - 4 persons),
- Apartment Chandon II (2 bedrooms - 4 persons),
- Apartment Chandon III (2 bedrooms - 4 people),
- Studio Moet (1 bedrooms 2 people).
Total 16 bedrooms - 32 people.
- Smoking is allowed outside on the lounge and terraces at the accommodations.
- Parking at the resort is only allowed for guests staying at the resort.
- For wedding parties-reception and parties with outside guests we ask for party rent or contribution US$10 per person.
The Champartments Resort is located 2 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Caracasbaai beach, Zest, Zanzibar beach, Papagayo several restaurants and AH Supermarket.
Included in the rental price
1 x per week "Refresh" cleaning incl. clean bath towels and bed linen.
Not included in the rental price
- Water/electricity/air conditioning € 115 per night.
- Final cleaning accommodations Entire Resort € 850,-
- 7% OB / tax (on the basic rent)
- Wedding Party/Pool and Party Outdoor Resort US$ 500 incl. final cleaning (up to 50 invited pers.)
- The deposit is € 2,000. After the final inspection / check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
