Fusions began in 1992 in Curaçao at Salina Galleries under the franchise name Green Mill, introducing American continental cuisine in a casual atmosphere.

Since our opening, the restaurant has developed into a thriving meeting place for both business and leisure travelers. Satisfied customers and happy employees determine our success. Yet it all starts with our menu.

Green Mill has switched to Fusions due to the increasing demand for more diverse and international recipes. In 2002 Fusions launched its first menu, a mix of international dishes with classic recipes.

We still offer our community hundreds of flavors and remain unique even today. As the name of the restaurant describes; exquisite menu choices, wonderfully blended from all over the world to create phenomenal FUSIONS.
