How is your rental vehicle booked?
Reservation has been placed
As soon as a reservation has been made, you will receive an e-mail. In this email you will be asked to accept or reject the reservation. You have 24 hours to do this, after which the reservation will automatically expire.

Reservation is confirmed
After you have confirmed the reservation, your guest will immediately receive a confirmation email with the payment link for the down payment of 10% rent, with the exception of any deposit.
The guest now has a maximum of 48 hours to pay the down payment, after which the reservation will automatically expire and your rental vehicle can be booked again.

Reservation is final
If the corresponding deposit has been paid by the guest, the reservation is final! You and your guest will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information, about the remaining payment of 90% on location and more.
